October Photo Session Dates

Hi all!

I have some bad but good news. If you were hoping to book a photo session within the next few weeks, I am unfortunately totally booked for the month of October. But November can be just as beautiful in our scenic city (thanks to those chinooks and all) so please feel free to email me if you are interested in booking before the holiday season!

Speaking of that jolly time of year, I've seen that several photographers have mentioned they will not be available over the holidays. In true Wishing Star Gallery fashion though, I will be available! So please feel free to think about those Christmas parties, get togethers and family sessions for the New Year Family Email!

Engagement :: June + Jonathan

June + Jonathan are just one of those cute couples that you can't help but like. They had been hoping that Devonian Gardens would be open this fall for their engagement session, but in true construction in Calgary fashion, no one knows when it will open again. So we got together at an outdoor park to enjoy the beautiful colours of fall! Here's some photos from their session.

Engagement :: Morgan + Jeremy Part II

After Morgan + Jeremy's previous engagement session (you can see it here) I wanted to get together with them again for another shoot. To be perfectly honest, although the pictures were fine they weren't up to my standard. So we got together again. This time a little earlier in the day, and it made all the difference! I couldn't wait to get home to take these photos into the lightroom. (I was so excited that I nearly got a speeding ticket driving home. The funny part is I was running late for their session and was convinced that if I was going to get a speeding ticket today, it would be on my way to see them and not on my way home.) Luckily we had gorgeous weather and we had a great time with their new puppy!
